Refunds & Returns

NOTE: Due to State Health regulation laws general medicines & prescriptions including any preparation that is taken orally cannot be returned or refunded. This is because once the product has left the pharmacy, the storage conditions of the product cannot be guaranteed and also it is possible the product could be tampered with.

Similarly, returns and/or refunds of Special Orders will NOT be accepted these include (but are not limited to); large quantities (i.e. those consider greater than the average consumer quantities) and wholesaler purchases.

 

RETURNS

In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind about a product, you can return it to us, provided it is within 10 days of shipment to you. Vitamins and nutritional supplements cannot be returned due to change of mind.

You will be required to pay for the postage to ensure safe delivery back to Pharmacy Express. Change of mind and other returns for credit must be received by us in the original condition. We strongly urge using the box we send your order in for any returns as using padded bags or envelopes often results in damaged goods, which cannot be refunded.

Pharmacy Express respects your statutory rights. Please hold on to your proof of purchase (ie. your receipt) as it will be required to return and receive a refund on your items. Items purchased online, must be returned through the Online Returns process detailed below. They cannot be returned to the Pharmacy Express store and vice versa.

 

FAULTY ITEMS or INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS

If an item is faulty, been damaged in shipment or by accident we have incorrectly sent you an item (which you did not order) Pharmacy Express will pay the postage. Before returning a faulty item, please call our Customer Service Team on 02 42 844558 to ensure the correct process as well as receive instructions on the correct pre-paid postage details.

Please have your Order Number or Customer Number with you when you call to make the process quicker.

 

POSTING YOUR RETURNS

Return items should be sent by registered* post to:

*Pharmacy Express recommends you send your return items via registered post. Pharmacy Express does not take responsibility for return items that are lost due to being unregistered.

 

METHOD OF REFUND

Once we have received your items in their original condition, we will process your refund. This will be completed no later than 48 hours after your goods arrive at Pharmacy Express.

Pharmacy Express recommends your refund be placed back on your credit card. A customer service representative will need to process this physically in which case one of our team members will contact you to process this.
