We do not send products to an international address. We comply with Australian Federal and State laws in the supply of medication.
IS MY ORDER SHIPPED SECURELY?
We use Australia Post registered services. All orders are sent with a shipping number which we can track.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you have not received your order please contact us with your tracking number. We will respond within 48 hours.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Yes. When the order is delivered it will require a signature however if you are not home, the postal service will leave a card to advise you to pick up the parcel from your local post office.
CAN I PURCHASE SCHEDULE 8 MEDICINES OR REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS?

Pharmacy Express will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:
The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product is unsafe, and
You can present your Pharmacy Express register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Pharmacy Express reserves the right to:
Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
